Screen Printer/Production Manager

We are a small busy creative workshop based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty looking to hire a part-time (possibly full-time) screen printer, preferably with experience in textile and paper screen printing, along with managing other aspects of the business like workflow, inventory control, dispatch, and managing our online store.
We have a relaxed working environment with a small team that prides itself on quality work. Creative input would also be a bonus.
Ideal applicants will be self-motivated, reliable, and able to operate all facets of a screen printing setup.
We need someone who is able to:
Setup screens and perform screen printing of garments/textiles/paper
Setup and use manual carousels
Work independently to mix, match, and manage dyes/inks
Create screens from printing films to operating the LED exposure unit
Manage the quality of prints produced
Wash down screens
Keep a screen library for regularly used screens

Pay Rate: $25 NZD to $32.00 NZD per hour depending on experience.
