Science Technician

St Peters College (Palmerston North) – Manawatu County We are looking for a Science Technician to support the work of our Science Department. The successful applicant will have a relevant science qualification and experience of working in a laboratory environment. You will support the Science Teachers in coordinating the use of practical resources, with an emphasis on safe working practices, and providing assistance to the practical needs of the department. You will have good communication skills and a flexible, self-motivating attitude, great organisation, and a willingness to learn. This is a permanent, part-time role: 25 hours per week, term time only. Start date Term 1 2025. Terms of employment as per the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement.
