Science Technician

The successful applicant will be a Science graduate.
Experience in laboratory work is essential.
The position involves assisting our teachers to achieve learning outcomes by providing resources in a timely and safe manner.
We seek someone with: Ability to prioritise, multitask and communicateSkills to work with Hazardous Substances - chemical and biologicalSkills in digital literacyKnowledge of risk management and preferably the new code of practice for school science laboratories.Ability to undertake inventory, maintenance checks and resource acquisition to assist in the management of the science resources budgetThis position is 30 hours per week, during the school term only.
