Emphasise real-world applications of scientific principles, utilising hands-on experiments and cutting-edge resources to make science relevant and captivating for students. Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues to analyse assessment data and refine teaching practices. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for scientific inquiry, promoting respectful behaviour among students. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. Teaching certification in Science. PGCE/QTS/QTLS Proven experience teaching science is preferred, not mandatory. Familiarity with and commitment to the principles of the school's curriculum. Skills: Ability to create engaging and informative lesson plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Effective classroom management.
