Full time, Fixed term, Start Date: 28/01/2025, End Date: 27/01/2026 (Study leave) Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher Science We are a semi-rural secondary school only 35 minutes northwest of the Auckland CBD, situated in Helensville, and recognise the mana whenua of the South Kaipara, Ngati Whatua o Kaipara. At Kaipara College we aim to provide every student with a sense of belonging and success. We are seeking an outstanding, collaborative, and relationships-focused team member to join our faculty of science. This position is suitable for a teacher who is passionate about high-impact pedagogical practices that integrate universal design for learning, matauranga Maori, numeracy and literacy strategies, enabling all students to excel. Strong faculty and school-wide support will be provided for the successful candidate. We ask that applicants please state their specialist subject in their application. Teachers at the college are expected to contribute to the co-curricular life of the school. This position is suitable for a PCT or experienced teacher. Successful candidates will need to be registered teachers in New Zealand. The successful candidate will commence on 28 January 2025.
