About the Role: As the School Relationship Manager, you will manage a portfolio of schools within the Hawke's Bay and other parts of the Central North Island. Providing expert care, empathy, and knowledge about our products and services. You'll build strong relationships with school leaders and IT providers across your region, ensuring they fully understand and benefit from our solutions.
Your ability to simplify technical jargon and communicate effectively with non-technical users will be crucial. You'll serve as a trusted partner, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and helping schools maximise the value of our offerings.
What you will need to be successful: Strategic Territory Management and organisational skills to manage your region, prioritise school visits, and execute an effective engagement plan that meets performance targets.Ability to influence stakeholders and build lasting relationships, ensuring that schools fully embrace and benefit from the Company's products.At least 5 years of experience in IT, education, and / or Account Management with a deep understanding of how technology enhances learning in a modern, 21st-century environment.Strong customer focus, with the ability to transform transactional service into strategic partnerships that anticipate and address the evolving needs of schools.A demonstrated commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, te ao Maori, and the promotion of equitable education solutions for all learners.About you: You are passionate about creating lasting change in the education sector and have a knack for building strong, strategic relationships that go beyond immediate needs. You're ready to be part of a team driving long-term educational transformation through the innovative use of technology. You thrive on planning and managing a regional territory, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and bring cultural awareness to everything you do.
