Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Full timeOur client, KidsCan, a leading not-for-profit organisation, is seeking a dedicated School Programme Specialist to join their team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of an innovative school programme that supports children across various educational levels. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of supplementary school-related projects and initiatives.What you'll do:Oversee the daily delivery of the School Programme, maintaining high standards of service.Support the implementation of additional school-related projects and initiatives.Provide timely, creative, and high-quality service and support for partner school centres.Monitor all aspects of the School Programme on the portal, promptly resolving issues.Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions within NetSuite.Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding process for new partner schools.Assist in the creation and documentation of processes for the School Programme.Prepare monthly School Programme reports, ensuring accurate information.Report any procurement and operations issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them effectively.Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and decision-making.What you bring:Proven experience in programme delivery and customer service in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively within a team while displaying a positive attitude.Commitment to achieving results with a dedicated work ethic.Proficiency in Excel; experience with NetSuite would be advantageous.Ability to engage with Maori and Pacific customers with cultural competency.Experience in preparing detailed reports and maintaining comprehensive records.Demonstrated ability to identify emerging issues that may impact success.What sets this company apart:Our client is a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing essential resources to children in need across New Zealand.
