Management - Schools (Education & Training)We are looking for an executive officer to join our team who will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Halswell Residential College and lead the general services and administration team.The executive officer role is a senior position that reports to the principal and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, school holidays are negotiable.The successful applicant must have a full driver's licence and police vet.
Other essentials are a willingness to work from a culturally responsive perspective and being a team player.The successful applicant will have strengths and experience in:Financial compliance and reportingProperty and asset managementTechnology and utilities managementHealth and safety and risk management complianceLeading a general services and administration teamXero and Microsoft productsA supportive team of admin and general services, residential, and day school staff who work together to promote learning.Opportunities for professional development.The salary range for this position is $95-$101k.Located in Christchurch, HRC Te Otu Matua is a time-limited intervention for neurodiverse young people with complex behaviours such as ASD, intellectual impairments, specific learning disabilities, ADHD, FASD and trauma, as well as a range of similar presentations that may not have been diagnosed.
