Arrow Group is a leading supplier of line marking and sweeping covering the North Island. We specialize in the marking and industrial cleaning of car parks, factories, shopping centres and schools.
Support Superstar Wanted! Our admin team needs an extra pair of hands to get through the growing workload as our business expands and grows. Based in Te Rapa but covering most of the North Island, every day is different and brings new challenges. We are looking for someone who can coordinate multiple teams and complete the admin requirements for each job.
Days of work are Monday to Friday and flexible with start and finish times.
You will be required to take charge of a wide variety of admin tasks, including:
Scheduling work for multiple teamsResponding to customer enquiry emailsCreating and updating job cards for teamsCommunicating with customers regarding scheduled work and requirements for work to be completedEnsuring all paperwork is completed and uploaded ready for invoicingGeneral AdminEssential skills and attributes that candidates MUST have:
Experience in a similar role (at least 1 year)Competent with Microsoft Office PackageExperience with Simpro would be an advantageAbility to multi-task and good problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of North Island geographyStrong attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skillsBe a team playerApplications for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
