Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced scheduler for our well-established construction client in Christchurch. This is a permanent position, full time Monday to Friday.The company has experienced significant growth over the past few years and has a secure forward workload. You will be supported by management and work with a collaborative team.Your main role will be leading the scheduling for all residential and commercial jobs. This will involve liaising with builders, contractors, and project managers. You will be supported by the division manager to ensure smooth delivery of installation on every job.Your daily duties will include:Ensuring smooth deliveries and installs for all customersWorking closely with the site installation teamScheduling jobs for both residential and commercial clientsProviding a top-notch service for all clientsAssisting with quotes & toolbox meetings on a weekly basisIdeally, you will have the following experience:Previously worked in an insulation/construction roleTime management with attention to detailAble to interpret plans and drawingsKnowledge of the construction industry and processesAbility to think on your feet and problem solve as issues ariseExperience using Outlook, Microsoft Office, and CRM systemsWhat you get in return:Full-time permanent positionCompany VehicleGood SalaryOngoing support from the Rightmove TeamFor further information, call Marc on 021131 9984.
