Company benefits: $23.84 - $25.95 per hour, depending on experienceDescriptionCounties area team, office base in Papakura40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (flexibility for some weekend cover needed)$23.84 - $25.95 per hour, depending on relevant experienceMo te tunga | About the roleIDEA Services supports people with intellectual disabilities to enjoy great lives as part of their communities.As a Schedule Coordinator, you will be scheduling Support Workers to meet ongoing roster needs to effectively deliver our support services. This is a vital role to ensure the people we support receive excellent services with minimal disruptions. You will be preparing advanced rosters as well as filling short-notice sick leave when needed.We are looking for someone with previous experience in rostering and scheduling or high volume coordinator roles. You will be in frequent contact with our team of Support Workers to arrange shift cover. Great communication, customer service skills, and the ability to build positive relationships will be essential. Changes and challenges can arise unexpectedly, so your ability to problem-solve and come up with solutions quickly will be highly valued.Minimum RequirementsPrevious scheduling or rostering experience is highly desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to build rapport and positive professional relationshipsThe ability to plan your workload efficiently and work autonomouslyHigh level of attention to detailConfidence with computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, and the aptitude to learn new systems quicklyNou te rourou | What's in it for you?Join an established not-for-profit organization and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities in our community.
