Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher
Subjects: English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Maori, The Arts
We are a state integrated Y0-8 Catholic School in the beautiful coastal setting of Opunake, seeking an innovative, enthusiastic teacher who has effective classroom management skills to join our team. The position will likely be in the Year 3-4 area of our school.
Experience with structured literacy, knowledge of Te Ao Maori, and an understanding of Assessment for Learning practices would strengthen your application. We are a collegial and supportive staff with a highly supportive school board and great students who love to learn.
