Scale A Teachers (2 Positions)

We have an opportunity for two teachers with excellent interpersonal and communication skills alongside quality teaching practice to join our team in 2025. The positions will be within the NE–Y2 hub.
The successful candidates will be team players who bring enthusiasm to the role, have a passion for making a difference for our learners and actively lead by doing.
If you are committed to inspiring curiosity and creativity in children and have some experience working in a collaborative environment, then this may be the position for you. An ability to develop positive relationships with children, whanau and staff is essential, as are strong classroom management skills. The following would be advantageous but are not essential: an understanding of the Manaiakalani 'Learn Create Share' pedagogy, the PB4L approach and UFLi Structured Literacy.
