Scale A Teacher

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher Hauora, Hangarau, Nga Reo, Nga Toi, Te Reo Maori, Te Reo Pakeha, Tikanga a-iwi, Pangarau, Putaiao MITA + PTSA In 2025, we have a position for a kaiako to join our Maori Bilingual Unit, Te Poho o Rawhiti. We are looking for a kaiako who has strengths in collaboration, believes that our tamariki deserve the best and will strive to fulfill this commitment. Fluency in te reo Maori is essential with a sound understanding of the Maori curriculum. This kaiako will be able to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues, tamariki and whanau. The ability to integrate ICT and be innovative in their approach to teaching and learning, within a Maori kaupapa, would be an advantage.
