We are a state integrated Y0-8 Catholic School in the beautiful Coastal setting of Opunake, seeking an authentic, creative teacher with a Catholic heart and mindset, to join our team. We welcome innovative practitioners with strong, collaborative interpersonal skills, and cross-curricular expertise. The position will likely be in the Y4-6 area of our school.
Experience with structured literacy, knowledge of Te Ao Maori and an understanding of Assessment for Learning practices would strengthen your application. We are a collegial and supportive staff with a highly supportive school board and great students who love to learn.

This is a special character (tagged) position therefore a willingness and ability to participate in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of the school is a condition of appointment.
