Scaffolder

Your duties are to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding equipment and associated services to residential,primary, marine, commercial and civil industries across a wide variety of environments and locations. The right applicant will be involved in all aspects of the scaffolding process, assisting our leading hands to complete jobs, carry out the inspection process and make sure everyone works to our health andsafety standards. The successful applicant(s) must; Have a National Certificate in Scaffolding (Elementary) (Level 3) qualification with Certificate ofCompetency OR equivalent international qualification Have a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience of working in scaffolding industry is essential A clean NZ full drivers' licence – Class 2 or 4 or equivalent would be an advantage Be confident working with Layher Scaffold Have a strong Health and Safety work ethic Be able to complete Pre-Employment and ongoing Drug and Alcohol Testing What we offer: Rate of pay $30.00 per hour Minimum 40 hours per week Overtime and penal rates Permanent role Ordinary working days and hours from Monday to Friday, Overtime rates Saturday and Sunday.
