Role overview
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this position is crucial to the successful delivery of plumbing projects. It requires a strong grasp of construction processes, sharp commercial acumen, a clear understanding of contracts, and the ability to establish, support, and optimise project delivery workflows.
What does this look like?
Manage plumbing contract delivery, alongside Operations ManagerMaintain ongoing work opportunities through current business delivery standards and qualityManage project reporting, checkpoints, and financial reporting to a high standardSupport the planning of all TW Plumbing operations and schedules to ensure deadlines are metOversee and support the supervision of contractors and subcontractors, providing guidance when neededEnsure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues and hazards
What do you need to succeed?
A minimum of 5 years' experience managing contracts within the construction industryStrong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislationExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesProficiency in construction cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
