Are you an experienced Saw Doctor, or perhaps looking to return to the trade or with relevant experience, even if not formally qualified? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at our Kennington-based sawmill, which supports our world-class remanufacturing plant.
Niagara is a proudly NZ-owned and operated sawmill, manufacturer, and distributor with over 80 years of experience in timber. We are at the forefront of the timber industry, producing superior radiata pine and timber products for both national and international markets.
As a Saw Doctor at Niagara, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing saw blades to ensure optimal performance. You will work alongside our talented team of two qualified Saw Doctors in a state-of-the-art saw shop, equipped with leading technologies that we are committed to continuously investing in and upgrading.
Our saw shop operates on day shifts Monday to Friday and night shifts Monday to Thursday. Flexible work patterns can be negotiated to suit you. We offer competitive compensation, career progression, and a supportive work environment. Relocation packages available.
