We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.Extensive experience in delivering change management on large SAP programsSpecific SAP module experience includes Procurement, Supply Chain or MaintenanceCompetency in leading the change effort in functional areas (Procurement or Supply Chain or Maintenance)Ability to turn complex quantitative and qualitative data analysis into a compelling narrative to support project deliveryDemonstrable ability to proactively build relationships and manage client stakeholders and establish credibilityUnderstand the impact of change management to enable/enhance workforce performance, engagement, and wellbeingKnowledge of/experience in any of the following technologies and their organisational implications:Emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) and enabling software (e.g., Blue Prism)Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
