Kei a koe te mana I The choice is yours As our SAP Change Consultant you will work within engagement teams to deliver change solutions for clients and deliver projects across the full change spectrum.
You will:
Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisationsDrive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, prepare client presentationsEngage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on change and learning projectsBe an active member of the EY Change and Learning Community, assisting with inclusion and belonging of team members and operating as a part of a high performing teamHere's our 'wish list' but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.

Extensive experience in delivering change management on large SAP programsSpecific SAP module experience includes Procurement, Supply Chain or MaintenanceCompetency in leading the change effort in functional areas (Procurement or Supply Chain or Maintenance)Experience using complex quantitative and qualitative data to provide analysisDemonstrable ability to work with client stakeholders and establish rapportUnderstand the impact of change management to enable/enhance workforce performance, engagement, and wellbeingKnowledge of/experience in any of the following technologies and their organisational implications: Emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) and enabling software (e.g., Blue Prism)Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
