Architects (Information & Communication Technology)As the SAP Architect – Reporting & Analytics, you will report to the Enterprise Manager. This is an 18-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent role. Acting as the owner of the Business Intelligence workstream, you will be responsible for managing and delivering data solutions and report outcomes. This includes requirements analysis and documentation, building of data structures and models, report front ends, testing and defect resolution.Key Responsibilities:Defining the data and reporting roadmap, making architectural decisions with up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies, recommending the best-fit solutions to meet Pan Pac's business requirements.Collaborating with business stakeholders to guide and influence decisions regarding data architecture, reporting strategies, and tool selection.Leading the delivery of outcomes aligned with the data and reporting roadmap, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met effectively.Collaborating with the business to define and document requirements, specifications, and deliver analytics and reporting outcomes.Monitoring SAP standard best practices to identify and implement standard analytics and reporting options where appropriate.Maintaining the stability, integrity, and optimal performance of SAP systems.Contributing to and ensuring alignment with data and reporting standards.Providing technical support and training to the team to strengthen internal SAP capabilities.About You:You have the following skills:Experience in S/4HANA Data Structures, Datasphere Suite, S/4HANA reporting tools, including SAC.Proven experience in SAP system design and implementation.Experience related to Finance report delivery, including planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial consolidation and management reporting.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a reporting architecture role.An analytical and solution-oriented thinker focused on delivering optimal results.Excellent time management skills with proven ability to plan and organise well, prioritise, multitask and deliver on promises.Understanding and experience of applying project management concepts and methodologies in a technology environment.Comfortable working to deadlines and under pressure.Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.Able to work with and present to all levels in an organisation.Tertiary Qualification in a related discipline.If you are looking for your next exciting career opportunity, then we would love to hear from you.
