Salon Manager

Khokhar and Sons Limited We are currently looking for 2 Salon Managers, who are willing to working in a challenging environment.
The experience in the related field is appreciated but not mandatory.
We require the following: - A pre-employment medical and drug test will be a part of the recruitment process.
Flexible with working hours and should be able to work over the weekends.

·       Must be able to formulate and implement the purchasing and marketing policies.
·       Promoting and advertising the services and discounts on social media or local media to attract new customers.
·       Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
·       selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
·       Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions and undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
·       controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
·       ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
·       Organizes and controls the operations of a hairdressing or beauty salon.
Registration or licensing may be required.
·       Supervise day-to-day salon activities.
·       Plan your staff's shifts with peak periods and seasonality in mind.
·       Maintain accurate records of your expenses and income on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Base salary plus bonuses depending on your performance, efficiency and how smartly you perform.
Remuneration: $29.66 per hour Minimum 32 hours of contract.
