Role Overview:  We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson and Account Manager to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in managing inbound sales inquiries, nurturing client relationships, executing outbound sales activities, generating accurate quotes, and completing the invoicing process. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand client requirements and handle details will be key to our mutual success. Responsibilities: Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries within specified time periods.  Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and excellent customer service. Create precise quotes and provide business context for project estimates for potential and existing clients. Maintain quality control throughout the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction. Drive revenue growth through outbound activities, upselling, cross-selling, and renewing contracts, with a target of at least a 10% increase per annum. Work towards customer retention and high satisfaction, aiming for an average customer rating of 'good' or better on your interactions. Key Performance Indicators: Client Engagement: Response time, interaction frequency, and engagement level. Revenue Growth: Annual percentage increase overall, upselling, and cross-selling success. Customer Retention and Satisfaction: Average customer ratings and long-term partnerships. Requirements: Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in technical service and/or support sales. Exceptional candidates with less experience but showing extraordinary potential are encouraged to apply. Physically live in Auckland or willing to relocate immediately Right to work in New Zealand Desired Skills and Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven problem-solving abilities. A self-starter with a track record of successful sales and account management.
