Salesforce Technical Consultant - New Zealand

A Salesforce Technical Consultant is responsible for the design, coding, testing and implementation of Salesforce Solutions to meet OSF Digital Group's client's objectives. In addition to Apex, VisualForce and Lightning development, knowledge of other coding languages may be required. Support and maintenance of existing solutions will also be required within the scope of this role. The Salesforce Technical Consultant will be participating across the entire development lifecycle from design through to deployment with strong practical experience across the full-stack .Whilst not a focus of the role, Salesforce Technical Consultants will still work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver high quality solutions that exceed expectations across the board.Key Responsibilities:Provide Salesforce development and functional consulting on both major projects and minor projects within the OSF Digital client baseAnalyse and review business, functional and technical requirementsProvide estimates and associated risks and assumptionsDocument and develop code according to specifications and standardsPrepare test data and conduct unit testingProvide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolutionPre-Sales activities working closely with OSF Digital 's business development teamServe as a Lead Consultant on projects within the OSF Digital client base (in line with core capabilities)Work with OSF Digital 's delivery managers to escalate and resolve issues to achieve client satisfactionContinued personal development in Salesforce.com and related technologiesHelp develop key new solution offerings to enhance OSF Digital 's existing solutions suiteParticipate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with team members and staffExecute on other responsibilities in line with business objectives as requiredContribute to a great environment for other consultants and respective team members to work within at OSF DigitalIdentify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the current client base and communicate these with the appropriate OSF Digital team membersKeep abreast of market trends and technologies, ensuring that OSF Digital 's Consulting Services business remains at the market forefrontRequirements CompetenciesHigh initiative and a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovationStrong consulting, client engagement and communication skillsPrioritisation and ability to provide oversight across multiple projectsStrong attention to detail, highly organised and focused on work quality planningPositive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunityAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAble to demonstrate adaptability and versatility within approachSelf-managing and driven to achieve personal and company goalsSkill Set3+ years of project delivery experience in line with core capabilitiesStrong development and/or functional background in CRM implementations ideally with experience of Salesforce.com including APEX and Lightning developmentExperience in presales, proposals and estimationAll Salesforce consultants are expected to hold and maintain current Salesforce Administration certification in addition to any other certifications relevant to their roleEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant technical certificationsA portfolio of successful software projects and technical solutions delivered to clients.BenefitsWhy join OSF?As a Salesforce Platinum Partner, we offer cutting-edge projects with a global impact.
