The role We're looking for a motivated Salesforce Engineer to join our hard-working and high-performing Delivery team.
We're growing rapidly and embracing technology to achieve our connectivity business goals. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative digital solutions on our Gradient Salesforce platform. The role shares ownership of the overall Salesforce platform from a technical and architectural perspective and will work as a trusted advisor on innovative product design with the delivery team and stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional solutions and outcomes for end customers.

Responsibilities Designing, enhancing, and supporting the Salesforce platform. Ensure cross-cutting concerns such as performance, availability, security, and operations are effectively considered. Efficiently assess the causes and identify solutions for development or production issues, and effectively communicate the impact to stakeholders. Be a proactive champion of agile and modern software delivery practices and occasionally facilitate agile ceremonies. Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps. Qualifications and experience 3-5 years' experience developing customised Salesforce solutions. Experience designing, developing, and customising Salesforce applications using Omnistudio, Apex, and Lightning components on Sales/Service/Financial Services Cloud. Experience identifying and resolving technical issues and providing solutions. Experience with full Salesforce development and implementation lifecycle including CI/CD tools and processes. Strong team, inter-personal, and communication skills in an Agile environment. Want to surround yourself with great people?
