We currently use Salesforce as our CRM for our fundraising and social enterprises and are looking for a consultant to help support our work.
For more information about UTEC, visit www.utecinc.org.Scope of WorkUTEC is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to collaborate with UTEC's Development team to assist with the following:Support with the development of reports, particularly those requiring back end customization.Assist with the build-out of any custom elements of the platform.Provide support for other CRM-related needs as they arise.Some upcoming and ongoing projects include: large-scale data review & clean-up, improving prospect & pipeline management processes, development of key reports for the development & grants teams, integration of contract management, and many more!Required Skills and BackgroundSuccessful candidates will meet the following criteria:Extensive experience customizing Salesforce database and in particular Salesforce Non-Profit Success PackExpertise in client management systems for nonprofitsStrong analytical skills for optimizing data collection and reporting processesProven ability to translate a team/department's needs into effective database solutionsPreference for individual consultants, though teams will be consideredDuration/ContractWe are seeking a consultant for approximately 10 hours per month over the next year, with the potential to extend the contract.
This contract position can be done in tandem with other projects/ employment.Specific hours are negotiable.
UTEC business hours are 9am-5pm Eastern time.
