We're currently looking for a Sales Training Manager to 'hit the ground running'.
About the Role The Sales Training Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth in New Zealand by delivering effective, continuous, and hands-on coaching, training, and support to our established Sales teams. You will collaborate closely with the Branch and Business Managers to maximize the Sales performance of our team.
This newly established position will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager and will support the creation, preparation, and delivery of training and Sales support.

If you're a strategic thinker and have a love for practical learning design, this position provides an ideal opportunity to design, coach, and support our Sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a Sales Training framework, learning pathways, and Sales ResourcesResponsible for Induction of all new members of the Sales teamDesign and deliver L&D programmes focused on technical and core competenciesCoach, train and support our Sales teamCreate and maintain a 'Sales Training Manual'Provide priority coaching and training to Salespeople who need more assistanceSkills & Experience: Proven experience in designing and delivering learning and development programmes, driving measurable results.Strong analytical skills to assess needs, measure impact, and continuously optimise L&D initiatives.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, and knowledge-sharingA genuine passion for developing people, with a focus on continuous improvement and impact.Excellent general marketing knowledge, including current trends and best practice.What's on Offer A competitive salary package that recognises your skills and dedication.Comprehensive Remuneration package linked to the performance of the individual and national sales teamAbility to influence the outcome of incentive paymentsOpportunities for growth and development in a forward-thinking organisation.
