Join us and be part of a company that values innovation, sustainability, and growth.What You'll Do:• Design & Implement Training Programs: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip our sales team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.• Coach & Mentor: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales personnel, including Rookie Specialists and Business Development Managers (BDMs), to help them succeed.• Assess & Improve Performance: Monitor sales performance, identify skill gaps, and provide targeted training to boost productivity and effectiveness.• Leverage Sales Tools & Technology: Ensure the sales team is proficient in using CRM systems, sales software, and other tools that drive efficiency.• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other teams to align training initiatives with company goals.What We're Looking For:• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales training and development, with a proven track record in sales and leadership, ideally in the renewable energy sector.• Skills: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, training methodologies, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
