Sales Systems Administrator

Our Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our Customer and Sales Systems Team on a fixed-term basis until August 2025, with a potential to be extended.
You will be responsible for the administration of our Salesforce and other customer and sales-related systems, administering changes within the system and triaging escalated issues and cases.
To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:
Maintain the Salesforce and other customer and sales-related systems through creating new users; editing / adding permissions, editing field layouts, and editing validation rules and workflows.
Monitor data storage and license usage.
Monitor SAP to SF integration including troubleshooting and resolution of issues and liaise with IT teams as needed.
Triage all new cases providing resolutions where possible for new issues raised through the Support Team inbox.
About You
To make this role a success we are looking for an individual with prior administrative experience in customer and sales support systems, preferably Salesforce.
Specifically, some of the experiences and skillsets we are looking for include:
Systems administrative experience, preferably in Salesforce or similar-style CRM systems.
An ability to work independently with skills in self-management and time planning.
Experience in a role supporting internal customers would be useful with prior experience in triaging system-based issues.
A working knowledge of how Customer & Sales systems fit with other processes within a large corporate company.
