We are seeking an outstanding and experienced Sales System Lead to join our Marketing & Sales team at Tatua.
Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Manager, the Sales Systems Lead is an established role accountable for central ownership of the business systems and processes which impact Marketing & Sales.
Responsibilities of this role will evolve over time as business system needs change, however, will include:
Act as the M&S first point of contact for any system ERP, CRM, BI, document management etc. solving and triaging issues as required.
Be the lead on any system projects involving Marketing & Sales, relating to both existing solutions and new implementations.
Identify and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Marketing & Sales processes and lead regular maintenance and revision cadence for these SOPs.
Lead end user training for Marketing & Sales and other departments.
Lead induction and refresher training on all systems and processes, ensuring consistent processes are applied as well as understand where additional training is necessary.
The successful candidate will have:
Natural curiosity, with a need to understand 'why' an issue is occurring or how improvements can be made to improve productivity.
Have the ability and presence to lead change within the business.
Sufficient self-assurance to voice concerns in a public forum.
Technical writing competence.
Well-developed information technology knowledge, skills and intuition.
An affinity for processes and the ability to develop and improve them.
Capable of building and maintaining effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to think strategically, to identify improvement opportunities whilst understanding the impact of change.
Have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
