Sales System And Reporting Analyst

As DB's Sales System and Reporting Analyst , you will bring a strong background in sales systems and data analysis, playing a key role in empowering our sales team with valuable insights. Your expertise will drive data-driven decision-making, helping shape strategies that fuel success across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
Act as the superuser for Sales Force Tool (Dynamics), managing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting tools like Fiori Apps, Power BI, and Ironclad.
Define, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track and analyse commercial performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving the Commercial Plan.
Analyse in-field execution, providing actionable insights to optimise resource usage and sales team performance.
Maintain accurate Trade Census, Outlet prioritisation, and Masterdata, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and tools.
Manage the outlet prioritisation tool and ensure optimal visit frequency and reporting, supporting the Sales Acceleration Manager's goals.
Your background and experience:
Tertiary education and ideally 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales, marketing, finance, or with hands-on analytical/systems experience.
Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial aptitude, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Effective written and verbal communication, along with formal presentation skills.
Experience with Power BI and data tools like Nielsen Answers, plus a passion for supporting sales teams.
