Provide exceptional customer service through efficient processes throughout all branch operations, while also fostering and cultivating relationships with our building trade customers through strategic partnerships. Guide and nurture the team, fostering inspiration, support, motivation, and advancement opportunities to encourage growth and succession. Maintain best practice standards by setting an example and efficiently managing the team to meet objectives, optimize revenue, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Ensure a smooth in-store experience by supervising inventory management and successfully executing critical projects.
