Supervisors/Team Leaders (Call Centre & Customer Service) Full time Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Sales Support team based across Invercargill and Auckland.
Your proven track record leading a small team will be put to good use motivating the team to provide our customers with the excellent customer services they know and expect and holding them accountable for achieving our key metrics.
Ideally you will have experience within a Sales or Sales support role, and your ability to build effective relationships and get the best out of your team will be key.
You will be supported with comprehensive training and technical expertise on hand.

Have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Have the ability to drive and hit key metrics such as customer satisfaction, follow-up / proactive phone calls, response times etc.
Have good analytical skills and the ability to report on key metrics.
Have experience leading a small to medium sized team.
Sales knowledge / experience would be an advantage.
Be customer focused with a friendly, positive attitude, while holding people to account when required.
