About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Support Staff to join our team. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, helping to maintain a seamless operation on the floor, and supporting our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with their purchases. Maintain product displays and ensure the store is tidy and organized. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. Keeping accurate computer records Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
