Sales Support Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Sales Support and Procurement Specialist to join our Sales Team. If you're someone that thrives in a supportive role, enjoys working with internal teams, vendors and customers and has a knack for managing multiple responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with day-to-day operations, including quoting, order processing, and liaising with suppliers and customers.
Develop a strong understanding of channel purchasing and supply processes.
Participate in training and industry events.
Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Provide administrative and systems support to streamline sales processes.
Ensuring that all customer and sales data in CRM systems is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
Liaising between the sales team and service department to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
Provide some cover for account managers during their absence.
Handling the process for product returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitoring the status of shipments and updating customers on delivery timelines.
To be successful in this role you must:
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
Have strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office products and familiar with inventory and CRM software.
Have a strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Be a self-starter and a great team player.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
