About the Role!Based in our Avalon based offices, you will be part of an energetic, vibrant sales and customer service team completing a range of client support and sales related activities including:
Answering incoming calls and email enquiries regarding product and client orders.
Maintain regular communication with clients to maintain strong relationships.
Ensure client information is up to date.
Monitor accounts to anticipate and address issues that may arise.
Provide support and guidance on product usage and offer solution-based advice
Upsell and cross sell products
About you!To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven success in solution-based sales.
The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
The ability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding client needs.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and proactive with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Experience with new business acquisition - experience in retail is an advantage!
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in in CRM software and MS Suite.
