We are seeking a talented, multi-skilled Sales Support representative to join our Auckland-based Operations team. The role is the first point of contact for our customers and a key link between our Sales, Delivery, Vendor, and Distributor teams. They will manage the entire end-to-end administration function for our Sales Function.
Responsibilities
Provide Sales support to our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring quotes, sales & service orders, invoicing queries, and returns are processed efficiently to meet expectations and within SLA's.
Manage product specification inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring quotes are technically vetted and quality assured by the Account Managers.
Issue product data sheets/information as required and ensure customer price lists are maintained.
Log customer product returns and ensure they are managed within company/vendor guidelines. Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure credit notes are processed promptly as required.
Carry out problem-solving and resolution in a timely and effective manner. Monitor and manage customer orders to ensure delivery time frames are met.
Process and maintain portal orders, assist with receiving incoming deliveries, and dispatch outgoing orders as required.
Provide the Marketing team with assistance at company events as required.
Attributes And Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally in the IT channel/industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Proficiency and experience working with ConnectWise and IT Quoter would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
