About the role:Reporting to the Sales Manager, as our Sales Support lead you will be responsible for ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Day to day you will be managing a range of admin tasks, handling customer queries, and following up with clients. This is a varied role where you will thrive in helping people and getting stuck in!
Other Responsibilities include:Data and order entry into HubSpot and Netsuite.Inbox and calendar support for the Sales team.Assist in processing orders and putting together quotes for our valued customers.Creating product information packs.Pipeline support and follow up.Internal support and follow up.Showroom support/backup as and when needed across our Queenstown, Christchurch and Auckland sites.Maintaining accurate forecasts and database updates.Work Schedule:This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
