Full timeOur Kauri branch is seeking an energetic and keen person to join their Sales/Despatch team as Sales Support. Hours for this role are Monday - Thursday 7.00 am - 5.30 pm and Friday 7.00 am - 4.00 pm. This is a full-time role.The Sales Support person will be enthusiastic and diplomatic, ensuring accuracy and positive communication are prioritized. They will support the sales managers and company representatives, understand sales processes, and assist in developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers while providing outstanding service and support.Sales Support will adapt to customers' changing needs and provide creative solutions to complaints and concerns. You will be knowledgeable in MS Office systems. Ongoing training and personal development will be provided.You will be part of the existing team, be self-motivated and motivate others, and have great attention to detail.
