The RoleThis Sales Support role is a vital part of our customer-focused team. You'll work closely with our external Solution Specialists, providing seamless support to ensure they can focus on building strong relationships with our customers. Success in this role means being a trusted extension of our specialists, delivering world-class service with the same passion and professionalism.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Gaining in-depth knowledge of our products in the Community Care market.
Providing exceptional support and solutions for specialists and their customers via phone and email.
Ensuring smooth coordination and scheduling of daily activities for our Solution Specialists.
Contributing to a high-performing, fun, and collaborative team environment.
This is an interactive role that requires energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
What You BringTo excel in this position, you'll need:
Prior experience in customer service or sales support.
Confidence using CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A quick learning ability and high attention to detail.
Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
A great sense of humor and a team-oriented attitude.

Position Details
Full-time role based in Tauranga.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
