Job DescriptionThe opportunity As a Sales Support team member, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our sales team. From managing critical administrative tasks to streamlining sales processes and providing data insights, your work will directly contribute to driving business growth and client satisfaction.
In this role, you'll: Provide Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, communication coordination, and the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.Manage CRM Systems: Maintain accurate sales data, track leads, and generate performance reports to support the team's efforts.Coordinate Sales Processes: Handle order processing, documentation, and communication with Finance and Operations for seamless delivery and invoicing.Enhance Communication: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external sales communications, ensuring smooth coordination.Support Events & Campaigns: Help plan and execute sales events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.Analyse & Report: Provide actionable insights and reports to optimise sales strategies and performance.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll bring We're looking for someone who has:
At least 2 years of experience in sales support, EA or related administrative role.Proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills with a drive to get things done.Proficiency with CRM systems and tools, with an understanding of sales processes.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.At Skills, we cultivate a workplace where you feel valued and empowered.
