Sales Support

A newly created Sales Support team, you will be joining this established brand in their modern East Tamaki premises. A team who work with integrity, passion and a sense of urgency, putting customers at the forefront. You'll enjoy building relationships, naturally meticulous in your work and also pride yourself on your reliability. Did we mention this is a VERY exciting brand?!

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

Managing relationships with NZ retailers (support with queries)

Manage customer calls and emails, ensuring all customer requests are processed within SLA times

Ensure all orders are processed within Oracle, including verifying purchase orders

Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates (working with sense of urgency is key)

Support other teams (sales / finance / logistics etc) to to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries

WHO AM I & WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

You may have worked in a similar role or even have come from hospitality and need that foot in the door! What we are looking for is someone with excellent data entry skills, a natural attention to detail and sense of urgency / proactive approach. Attitude is everything where the team ALL support each other!
