Sales Support & Customer Team Lead

A Timaru based, New Zealand owned business is expanding both in NZ and Australia and are looking for an experienced Sales Support Customer Care Team Lead to help manage a team and oversea their customer experience. A company that prides itself on great customer service, this role would suit someone who is looking to take on their first team lead role or an experienced person who is looking for a new challenge.
The role manages a team based in New Zealand and overseas and works closely with the Sales team. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to problem solve are essential in the role. You will be someone who enjoys a busy environment, and you are able to resolve issues efficiently and promptly.
The role will suit someone who is a great communicator and has experience of CRM systems with experience of KPI's with strong understanding of the sales process.
