Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email, assisting clients with product inquiries, orders, and solutions.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Manage customer accounts, process orders, and track deliveries with strong attention to detail.
Troubleshoot issues, identify client needs, and proactively provide solutions to exceed expectations.
Handle general administration duties, including costings and quotes, purchase orders, data maintenance, credits, and stock level monitoring.
This role combines strong administration skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, professional communication skills and plenty of initiative. A commitment to the full 12-month contract is required, and while continuity is not guaranteed, there may be future opportunities within the company.
Prior experience in a CSR, Sales Support, or Client Support role within manufacturing is advantageous.
Experience in packaging, labels, print, or related manufacturing industries is a plus.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Friendly, confident phone manner with professional written communication and a client-focused approach.
Ability to build strong internal relationships and communicate effectively within the team.
Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and high numerical literacy for cost analysis, quotes, and invoicing.
