Masport, an iconic name with a long history in New Zealand for high-quality and innovative products, is now seeking a proactive and mature-minded Sales Support Coordinator. This role is essential for ensuring seamless communication and coordination between their sales and support teams, and you'll be a key player in driving overall business success.
As a Sales Support Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be an integral part of supporting our Sales and Product category management teams based in New Zealand and Australia.
This pivotal role connects with both the sales and support teams at Masport maintaining a high standard of service for both internal and external customers. You will need to be well organised and a multi-tasker; willing to help and be able to work in a team environment. Above all you need to have a passion for what you do and be able to share that passion with those around you.
About the Role Support the NZ and AU Sales & Key Accounts Managers; their sales teams; and the category management teams by handling inquiries, managing projects and events, and providing essential information to ensure smooth sales operations
Oversee, manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports to support sales and customer relationship management
Provide dedicated support to key accounts by understanding their needs and ensuring high satisfaction with our products and services
Utilise your advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities to manage data, create detailed reports, and support data-driven decision-making
Act as a liaison between sales, product marketing, warehouse, and customer service to foster strong relationships and seamless communication across departments
Manage relevant documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with the option of one work-from-home day (Tuesday to Thursday) if desired
About you A proactive, individual with a mature, friendly and approachable demeanour
Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly Excel, and experienced with Power BI, CRM systems, and other web-based data portals
Experienced in generating reports, analysing data, and supporting decision-making processes
An excellent communicator with the ability to engage with diverse personalities and handle objections effectively
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
Adept at multi-tasking with strong follow-up skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
