About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to focus on maintaining and growing customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, processing orders and providing a general level of sales support for our clients. This position is based at AERO NZ in the North Island. This permanent full-time role is critical for providing exceptional customer support.
Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this position are:
Sales Activities:
Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Ensure customer orders are submitted accurately and efficiently in the CRM system
Identify sales opportunities with new and existing clients
Provide detailed product information and technical support across our product range
Research and identify customer leads and engage with new prospects
Customer Support Activities:
Provide exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Actively promote post-sale spare parts sales
Provide telephonic support to assist clients with install & repair jobs as required
Maintain detailed records of interactions, projects, and account statuses to inform continuous improvement
Represent the business at relevant seminars and other public events in the South Island
Skills and Experience
At least 3 years in a sales or technical support role preferably in the security, automation or access control industries
Customer/Account Management
Excellent customer communication skills
Self motivated and well organised to achieve goals and schedules
Team player
