OneLaw are on the hunt for a part-time Sales Support Consultant to join the Christchurch based team.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this newly created role will cover Sales and Account Management with key responsibilities in administration, sales and account management.
The day-to-day responsibilities for the role will include: Preparing quotes and quote follow up Account Management Business development including cold calling Supporting the marketing team as required Delivery of exceptional service Maintaining the CRM system To be successful in the role you will be/have: A people person; confident, outgoing and not afraid to knock on doors (or at least pick up the phone!)
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and relevant software packages a must An experienced sales administrator with exceptional attention to detail Experience in the legal industry (desirable but not essential) Motivated to succeed - you will jump at every opportunity to help and ensure the smooth running of the team Competent reporting and analysis skills Positive with a can-do attitude Highly organised and capable of managing a variety of tasks Proactive; you will be one step ahead and always on task Adaptable; able to turn your hand to whatever the day throws at you Resilient and able to work to deadlines In return for your contribution you will be joining a fantastic team where there is the opportunity to grow, learn and develop.
Flexible work arrangements along with a competitive remuneration package are on offer.
We are looking for someone for around 30 hours per week.
