As Sales Support Coordinator , reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be an integral part of supporting our Sales and Product category management teams based in New Zealand and Australia.
This pivotal role connects with both the sales and support teams at Masport maintaining a high standard of service for both internal and external customers.
You will need to be well organised and a multi-tasker; willing to help and be able to work in a team environment. Above all you need to have a passion for what you do and be able to share that passion with those around you.
An idea of your duties and responsibilities: Supporting management teams Key Account support High-level reporting and analysis of data Managing company CRM Facilitating communication and maintaining relationships The ideal candidate will possess the following: Advanced Excel Skills : Expertise in complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. High Level reporting analytical ability. Confident and experienced user of MS 365 and other MS software and web sharing products: Power BI and SharePoint Web-Based Services and Data Portals : Experience with various online platforms for data access and management. CRM Administration. Event and Meeting Planning. Interpersonal Skills : A positive, mature, naturally proactive, enthusiastic approach with the ability to communicate and build relationships effectively. Strong Follow-Up & Organisational Skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle diverse situations with a proactive mindset. Why work for us?
