In this role, you will be working alongside our existing support team and Key Account Managers.You will provide support to an array of customers while assisting with proactive outreach to new potential dealers and resellers. Outreach will include booking appointments for the Key Account Managers and constantly managing their calendarKey responsibilities include:Representing our company in a professional and polite mannerAppointment setting and calendar management for Key Account ManagersAssisting with onboarding and training new resellers and dealersProcessing orders from resellers and dealersAssisting Key Accounts with technical product queriesFollow through with clients to provide an exceptional experienceSkills and Experience required:Experience with cold calling and appointment setting (call centre experience an advantage)Proficient in basic Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel)Typing speed faster than 36 wpm (touch typing an advantage)Ability to cope under high pressure situationsAbility to retain information and take detailed notes as interruptions will be frequentAble to schedule own day, prioritize tasks and manage time efficientlyConfident in spelling, grammar and punctuationFamiliar with CRM systems (creating contacts, logging interactions, creating orders etc. )Flexible start/finish times to accommodate different time zones (preferred but not essential)Reliable, hardworking and ultimately a team playerQualifying Values (the right to play in the team):- Honesty, Integrity, Attitude, Sense of Humour, Willingness, Commitment, Hard Work, Trust, Support, Respect, Humility and Flexibility.Core Values (how do we behave):Together we win - We all do our role to the very best of our ability and rely on others to do the same; sharing, encouraging and supporting each other while celebrating our progress.Shaping Tomorrow - We have an intentional focus on improvement, a growth mindset, are open to new ideas and embrace change through continuous innovation that reshapes our industry.We Care - We are committed and loyal to the company and each other, go out of our way for others and are prepared to go above and beyond.
