The Role
Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, you will be the primary contact for corporate customers and travel management companies (TMCs) in Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include handling customer queries via email (70% of the time) and phone, ensuring outstanding service and support. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our sales team to optimize processes and resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for corporate customers and TMCs, providing prompt and accurate responses.
Support the wider sales team by attending meetings, generating reports, and solving complex challenges.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We Look For:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in the travel industry.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improving processes.
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
